HEADREST
INFO: Any of the below units could require cleaning up
or retapping the two mounting screw holes on the
posts.
Many have been installed/reinstalled without due care. You
have to make sure the screw doesn't get it's threads damaged
by the mount tube in the seat before it has to thread its
way into the headrest post. Please click on a blue part
number to see pics or information. Condition of these
headrests; like all used parts; varys from wonderful to
horrible and everywhere in between. Any of them may have
cuts, tears etc.

INFO: Sometimes a seat's page will have a description of
the tracks' condition. This is for info only as the seats
are priced WITHOUT TRACKS. If the picture shows tracks, we
will include them and they are yours for free. Most of time
tracks on these cars are in horrible shape, even on cars we
get that were recently being driven! They can sometimes be
brought back to life, with a LOT of work. We also sell
tracks separately in various conditions.
DELIVERY
ESTIMATE UPS now charges "dimensional weight" on ground
packages. Currently we estimate packing and delivery on 2
seats to be $125- $160 in the '48 states. This can change
and any changes will be noted via email before you order.
PAYMENT
on used seats needs to be via Bank Cashiers check or
Money Order. Delay factor depends on how cooperative your
bank is in releasing clearance information.

VISOR
HARDWARE (and visors, Pair) includes ugly,
moldy, dirty, torn etc etc (or even maybe OK)
visors and mounting hardware. The hardware is where
the value is and this is what you are buying. We
throw the visors themselves in for free! Visors
didn't have a real frame in them, so they typically
collapsed and folded in half .These would be like
that, (or on the way there). The easiest solution
is to take a set of these, cut a piece of thin
hardboard to match the shape and recover both the
old visors and the board. Looseness on the pivoting
bars can be "adjusted" by a layer or two of cloth
tape wrapped around the pivot bar.
Hardware
includes the 2 bars and the center connecting link.
These hook into the three softop latch mounts,
which are not included.
Sometimes
we have some that have such bad material we just
tear it off, so to increase chances of
availability, be sure to let us know if the 3 metal
parts are all that you need.
