MOULDING INFO:
Convex type side moulding, which was used on the 67 1/2-70 may come with a blue protective coating on it. This has to be removed before installation on car, usually with lacquer thinner etc. In some of the pictures of the moulding dings below the moulding may look horribly corroded or something. This is just junk or marks in the plastic coating so disregard it. Some of the dings are so small they almost are impossible to reproduce in a photo. Some almost have to be felt to be known. We have tried in every case to if anything make the ding look its worst by turning it so the light hits it just right. The light on a curved shiny object is really a challenge to deal with for an amateur (me). Some dings would be apparent with the moulding in your hand, but not when it is mounted on the car. Some of the imperfections you might not even notice even if it is in your hand if it wasn't pointed out.

Some pieces, even those listed on the NEW CHROME & STAINLESS page may have an arc to them. This is normally not a problem as the moulding is very weak and will pull down when all the clip retainers are holding it against car. Any of these pieces, as well as the parts on the NEW Chrome and Stainless page may require buffing to look their best. Nissan did not store handle or pack these items as if they had much importance. They are VERY fragile, it takes NO force to scratch or ding them. See Moulding Fit page for general moulding info and fit options.
