This top frame is at the very beginning of a failure when it is so much easier to repair and strengthen to provide a long life. This has just the start of a crack on the inner side; with the beginning of collapse shown (well... photo'd; it is hard to show) on the upper side inside the red circle. If this frame was continued to be used without any lubrication to joints; or without the CRITICAL factory top spacer behind the center latch; or put up in the common IMPROPER manner it will eventually break completely in half. Have a body shop put a brace inside while they can still see the original shape of the bow.
