Originally for a 65-67; would have to its connecting link arm ground off to use on a 67.5.

Is attached to a Left side wiper motor arm.

Pivot is "frozen" i.e. the inner shaft will not turn inside the housing. A shop may have to repair this. I would try soaking it for a few days in penetrating oil and also try in auto trans fluid. I've sometimes been successful doing that; sometimes I've had to grind the link arm off and have the shaft pressed out. Delicate skilled hands need to do that. (which I lack!)
