Head
has about .003" crown to take out of top middle. Cutter
should be stopped before it reaches the ends of the head;
so the area under the end towers are only skimmed.
Bottom
appears flat
Average
thickness at front of head is 4.454"
Average
thickness of rear of head is 4.464"
Middle
tower is cracked and someone has attempted to "fix" the
problem using some GOOP-O-WELD type product. It needs to
be "heliarc'd" and carefully surfaced or we will provide
another center tower for $30. This would usually
necessitate an extremely careful installation or align
boring the towers; see head info links on USED HEAD
page.
