A used harness would include both plugs. The one at the headlight end may be on or off the wires; it depends how we removed it from car. Sometimes in order to save the bushing shown on the far left we will actually cut the back of the bucket out if the bucket isn't worth saving. These are all at least 48 years old so they usually are STIFF. The jacketing is heatcrimped on and is difficult to remove. Ideally using new covering and/or retaping wires would be a help. They are sold with or without a useable grommet. Sometimes they are damaged in some way ; and if so it is removed or left on but considered to be "missing".
