These do not come with screws, and it is very unlikely the two teensy locating tabs where the pieces come together are intact. The big locating posts are there which actually set the two pieces together, but the 2 tiny ones are so fragile that if the pieces were set together in the box and the box vibrated they would break off, which is usually what we see. It doesn't affect anything as the bigger posts do the job as well as having it clamped with 3 screws. This wouldn't have happened if Nissan had simply put the screws in place and clamped them together from the get-go.
