It is not unusual for a spot or two on these to need touching up. The one in this picture for instance has a clear spot in the lower left corner of the radio hole. These panels were not stored by Nissan in boxes they were stored in plastic bags. Since they are curved, the ones on the bottom of a large pile suffered from the pressure. When they are flexed the paint cracks, as this one has. We ordered all of these 66-67 panels we could many years ago. The pile I thought I'd have to scrap someday has shrunk down to a couple dozen or so. After that, no more |
