After Sale Help
When you purchase a part from us, you aren't "on your own." If you need installation help with your Rallye part, we've probably done the job "once or twice" ourselves the past 30 years, and are happy to provide help. People constantly indicate in a conversation that they feel they are "bothering" us by calling for after sale help. NOT SO! If anything, I have to resist the urge to keep talking to the point that YOU want to hang up! I won't ever "talk-down" to you or make you feel your question has no merit. And no one here will ever try to browbeat you into buying something. (Ever call a business and feel you've been in a hail storm after you hang up?) We've been doing this 27+ years and have never needed to sell anyone "the hot setup" or use pushy sales tactics.

My big fear is that YOU will ask something that I don't have a clue about! I have other vehicles I know little about, and I have to sometimes force myself to ask someone's help, so I know how it feels to be on the other end. So ask!

This is usually best done by email as whoever is on the phone will not usually have a good way to communicate with me at the time. If I see from the email it's easier through the spoken word, I'll let you know when I'll be reachable by phone.

The only requirement for the use of my brain and school of skinned knuckles is your invoice number so we can see exactly what you ordered. Although I'll do my darnest to make our customers' service jobs go easily, please don't ask me to solve the problem of why the whatever you managed to get from your friend Fred at the auto parts store won't fit. I hit the ground running in the morning and don't usually slow down till long after you "think" we are closed. If you bought the part from us I've got all the time in the world for you. If you didn't...

Web Site Madness
Please let us know if anything on the site isn't appearing correctly. (especially if something isn't readable) It will look best with Internet Explorer 4 and Netscape Communicator 4.7 on a Macintosh or "Non-Mac & Windows 98 or later versions."

I try to construct it so it will appear OK on Netscape and Explorer but even with a LOT of time, am sometimes unsuccessful. I try to track down and correct any broken link (which sends you to the dreaded "404 Missing page" and missing pictures as soon as I find them. Your help by letting us know is GREATLY APPRECIATED! We've created 680+ pages containing 7500 links and references on this site. It's getting easy to have one fall through the cracks now and then.

Your suggestions are appreciated! If you look at something and wonder "Why didn't the guy bother to fix that?" it's probably because I'm not seeing it as your computer is. Our success has always been due to your input, and this website is no exception. I admit it...my webmaster "hat" still doesn't fit very well!

You can adjust the typesize up or down with your newer browser controls if you find it too small or too large for your particular setup. At least SOME of you are seeing it as I do!

Apologies
I apologize if some things on the site appear overly simplistic. There are people new to roadsters out there among you experienced wizards. And with the reverse I apologize if I've assumed too much in explaining something. If you already know it, grin and bear it, if you are confused about something, please do not hesitate to email and ask.

Thanks for stopping by and

Keep on Roadstering! .......

Dann
